Patricia Agnes Lawson January 21, 1936 - June 22, 2024 MATTOON - Patricia Agnes (Stevens) Lawson, age 88, of Mattoon, passed away at 5:14 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Copper Creek Cottages in Mattoon. Mass of Christian Burial honoring her life will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 320 North 21st Street, Mattoon, IL, 61938. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Schilling Funeral Home. Rosary will begin at 3:45 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the visitation. Patti was born on January 21, 1936, in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of Leslie and Agnes (Sullivan) Stevens. She married Merle Leonard Lawson on August 12, 1956. He preceded her in death on November 10, 2015.
