Louise Watson March 21, 1930 - August 20, 2024 MATTOON - Louise Watson, age 94, of Mattoon, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on August 20, 2024, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Schilling Funeral Home. Funeral services honoring her life will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Monday with Pastor Micah Minnich officiating. An additional visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Garden View Funeral Home in Muncie, IN, with burial following at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Louise was born on March 21, 1930, in West Fork, AR, the daughter of Noah and Willie (Baker) Hughes. She married David Ray Watson on March 23, 1980. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2000.
