Judy was the daughter of Walter S. and Margaret L. (Johnston) Lowell. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jerry R. Hogan, Pewaukee, WI; daughter Laura (Barry) George, Chandler AZ; son Richard Hogan, Milwaukee, WI; and brothers Jim (Mary) Lowell, La Cross WI, and Chuck (Ronda) Lowell, Charleston, IL; two granddaughters Jenna and Kit. She is preceded in death by her father Walt and mother Marg; her brother Tom (Charlene) Lowell, Raleigh NC, and David (Rita) Lowell, Orlando, FL.Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, caregiver, volunteer, and church worker. She was a giver of love, kindness, gentleness, and compassion to family, friends, and strangers alike.
