Harlan HellerJune 14, 1928 - March 4, 2025Harlan Heller died at his home in Clearwater, Florida on March 4, 2025. He was 96 years old.Born on June 14, 1928, Harlan grew up in Normal, Illinois in a hard-working family. In addition to working in the family business, Harlan found time to participate in orchestra, band, theatre and sports throughout his school years. He began his undergraduate education at Illinois State University, ultimately completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois where he also graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law. In 1950, he married Dorothy Joan Mercier and together they raised four children, instilling in them the importance of family, respect for others, hard work and humility. Harlan and Jo were married for over 69 years and were fortunate to be able to travel the country and the world together.After completing law school, Harlan and Jo moved to Mattoon, Illinois, where Harlan practiced law for over 50 years building a r
